Yes. We offer standard rate shipping for free unless you
would like your package faster, then shipping rates will apply to your order.

We try to get packages out by the end of the order
day, and packages usually arrive within 4-6 business days depending on distance
and carrier speed. We are located in Oregon.

Absolutely. Your order will arrive in a plain box
with no markings with a discreet shipping label.

After it is received, we will make sure it is secure
in a well packed box and send it via USPS.

We take a lot of care to make sure every item is well
padded and secure in the shipping materials. Sometimes things do happen though,
but pretty much never, but if it does please take photos of the broken glass in
the packaging and we will organize a refund or replacement.

Yep! Just click on the tracking number in the email
confirmation or copy and paste it into a search engine.

Please contact support as soon as possible. Once an
order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.

If we deem it necessary, we will require a signature
upon delivery of your order for security reasons. You MUST be of legal age
(21+) to order from us. We will flag and cancel your order and notify the
authorities of card fraud.

The information you entered must match your billing information. If you received a
gateway error etc, it is due to mismatched billing credentials which will
cancel the transaction. We use strict billing credentialling to stop fraudulent
and underage purchases.

If your product is unusedit may be returned within 7 days. We cannot
accept any item that has been used, for any purpose. Contact support before
shipping your return to get a return number. If your item was used, we will
dispose of it immediately and not issue a refund. Please see our Return Policyfor more information.

Just not what you were really wanting or changed your mind? Contact us and we can
organize an exchange and return.

We drop uniques regularly, but we also keep a steady stock of artist made glass pipe
lines that are often made in small batches.

We try to restock all of our products regularly, however due to the constantly
evolving glass community, sometimes an artist has moved on to a new line or
style. If you like a particular artist’s style be sure to check out their page
and see what else they have in store!

Feel free to select the option to be notified when it restocks in the products page
and you will be the first to know and can snatch it up quick!

We only work with artists, and shops of artists to bring you top quality bongs and
pipes. All of our glass is currently made in the US, and we will never, ever,
buy import wholesale. We will however, work with artists anywhere in the world
so long as they are producing quality small batch work and unique pieces.

If you are ordering a unique glass pipe or bong, then yes. If you are ordering an
artist made production line pipe, they may vary ever so slightly but will very
closely or exactly match the image. (aside from screen/monitor coloring)
